How did you start sailing?
Through a family friend when I was 10, one Sunday in Wicklow, decided I liked it and parents enrolled me on a local sailing course. The friend turned out to be one of the top Yacht designers in the world - Mark Mills

Home - 7am Gym, Work form 08.30 till when ever I finish - self employed, dinner and bed...Weekends, relax and enjoy a few Guniness
Sailing - Gym, eat, sail, eat, gym, sleep

Snatch or Where Eagles dare and after this week, Avatar!

Favourite place to sail?
Lake Garda - Italy or Crookhave- West Cork, Ireland oh and Dubai

Who/What inspires you?
Winning inspires me, in sport, business or whatever - peoples desire to succeed and the dedication to be the best at what ever it is that you do

Anything, I have over 4000 songs on my ipod ranging from Dave Mathews to Linkin Park, Damien Rice to the Prodigy

What's the best advise you've ever heard?
Here of a good time not a long time - "live it as you see it, love is as you feel it"
